Cancellation policy: We require 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. A cancellation fee of up to the full appointment fee may be charged for late cancellations or no shows.

Accessibility: We are located in a century old building and do not have an elevator to our 3rd floor suite. If you have mobility challenges and require acupuncture services, please reach out for referrals to other accessible practitioners nearby.

Studio information: We are located on the 3rd floor (above Buddhaful), straight through 2 hallway doors. We do not have a waiting room so please come at your appointed time and wait outside the studio door. Washrooms are on the 4th floor, and on the 3rd floor by Mench Cafe. Preferred payments are Interac Debit and e-transfer. There may be a 2% fee for Visa or Mastercard transactions.
